The following general terms and conditions apply. However, regional circumstances, legal regulations, contractual obligations to suppliers, and location/product-specific logistics may cause variations for particular services or destinations. These changes are specified in the Terms and Conditions section of each website and should be read in conjunction with the terms listed below.

Travel arrangements and prices listed on our websites are provided by us.
Noyan Golf Travel has exercised due care in compiling and verifying the information on our websites. However, since this data is provided by the respective accommodation and golf course providers in our brochures, we accept no responsibility for inaccuracies or misdescriptions.
The sale of services published on our websites is made by Noyan Golf Travel only as an agent for the entity providing the services.
The standards of accommodation and other services offered are based on various generally accepted factors.
Noyan Golf Travel is not responsible for any price changes or service variations and reserves the right to change services and prices without notice.
Noyan Golf Travel does not accept any liability for acts, omissions, or defaults of third-party service providers, including negligence, since they operate independently under a contract with you. We are not liable in contract or tort for any injury, loss, damage, delay, extra expenses, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or events beyond our control, including but not limited to war, civil unrest, natural disasters, government actions, equipment failure, or labor disputes.
It is essential to confirm with us or your tour operator/travel agent any updates to the information shown on our websites before booking or departure.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Prices and Rate Changes:

We reserve the right to change prices due to exchange rate fluctuations, tax changes, wholesaler increases, or other reasons. You must pay any additional charges when notified, or you may cancel the booking, which may incur cancellation fees. Rates are subject to availability and may change without notice.

Deposits:

For bookings made within 56 days of travel, full payment is required at the time of confirmation and will be automatically charged to your card. If payment is not received by the deadline, the booking will be canceled without notice. Deposit conditions for specific accommodations or tours may vary and will be communicated in writing at the time of booking. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Final Payment:

Final payment is due 56 days before the travel date. No vouchers will be issued until full payment is received. Final amounts may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations or supplier price changes.

Card Fees:

A 1.5% card fee applies to all credit/debit card payments.

Standard Cancellation Policy:

Bookings canceled within 56 days of travel – Non-refundable
Deposited bookings canceled 56+ days before travel – Deposit is non-refundable

Flight Cancellation Policy:

Flight bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable

Special Cancellation Conditions:

Some accommodation and tour products may carry additional cancellation fees. These will be clearly listed under the pricing section of the relevant product page and provided in writing during booking.

Amendment Fees:

A fee of €5 applies to each change made to a finalized booking.

Itinerary Changes After Travel Commences:

Any changes or cancellations after travel begins may incur charges. No refunds for unused services.

Refunds:

A claim number (provided at the time of cancellation/report) is required for any refund request. Refunds are not guaranteed and will not be issued for any services once travel has started. All requests must be in writing and submitted directly to us or via your booking agent. Claims must be made within 15 days of trip completion. Weather-related or illness-related cancellations must be claimed via travel insurance.

Incident Reporting:

Any issues including service problems, dissatisfaction, injuries, or cancellations must be reported to Noyan Golf Travel during the event to allow us the opportunity to assist or resolve the matter.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Rate Validity: Prices are valid for the dates specified.
Currency: All prices are quoted in Euros, unless otherwise stated.
Payment Options: Secure credit card payments are accepted through our website. You may also fax your card details or make a bank transfer. Visit our payments page for more information.
Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is highly recommended and should cover involuntary cancellation, including flights.

Note: Full payment is required before the insurance policy is issued. Policies are typically processed within 7 business days. Date of birth is mandatory to issue the policy. Coverage only begins once the policy is issued and fully paid.

Accommodation:

Accommodation is as specified on our website. Prices are in Euros unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to offer similar standard accommodation if the booked property becomes unavailable due to overbooking or other uncontrollable reasons. All rates are subject to change without notice.

Check-in / Check-out Times:

Times vary by property. Typically, check-in is at 1:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. A passport or photo ID is usually required at check-in. A cash deposit may be requested if no ID is provided.

Single Supplement Fees:

If not included in your selected accommodation rate, it is available upon request.

Group and Incentive Travel:

Group and conference rates have specific terms and conditions different from standard bookings. If booking group or incentive travel, make sure you understand these terms.

Maps and Photos:

All maps, photos, and illustrations are for general reference only. Actual rooms or services may differ. Maps are not to scale.

Quotes:

All quotes are subject to service availability and are only guaranteed once confirmed and the deposit is paid. Quotes are valid for 24 hours from the time of issue.
